[kdepim-users] Korganizer export-to-html: Where is the template?

I would like to edit the default template for Korganizer's
export-to-html feature. Where is this file located in KDE 3? I have
been unable to find it by grepping ~/.kde, so I assume that it is in
the file system but I cannot find it there either.

Also, I may move to KDE 4 in the near future, so I would like to know
the location of the file there too as well. Thanks!
