I thought that the item would remain checked until the beginning of
the next cycle, and then would uncheck itself. I'll explain:
There are some tasks that for sake of argument I must do every week. I
set the first creation date (or due date, whatever) as Sunday. At this
point, I expect the item to be unchecked. Now, lets say that on
Wednesday I check off the item. I expect it to stay checked until Next
sunday, when it will automatically become unchecked. In other words,
the item would 'renew' itself every Sunday.
In fact, merely pushing the Due Date back 7 days when I check the item
does me absolutely no good. I cannot at a glance see which items I
have finished and which I have not yet finished this week. I will file
a RFE to have this rectified. Are there any use cases where the
current behaviour is preferable?
