Unfortunately, for some reason adding kall to kde-pim never happened.

There are literally thousands of applications listed at kde-apps. So
it's not really that surprising that kall was overlooked. BTW, just
like KDE openSUSE is a community project, i.e. you can become a member
of openSUSE and make sure kall gets included in the next version.
