I have to add all this succeeded through Disconnected IMAP. Through connected
IMAP I was not (yet) able to do anything useful, except crash kmail (apparently
if I enter TheIMAPResourceAccount=... it simply crashes - if not, it does
nothing).

Also, I have chosen the 'deprecated' version (iCal/vCard)
