Hi Willian,
You first need to create an account on https://identity.kde.org/.
Then, you need to log in to the phabricator: https://phabricator.kde.org/,
and submit a diff, as explained here:
https://community.kde.org/Infrastructure/Phabricator#Posting_a_Patch_using_the_website
You can add Jean-Baptiste Mardelle (mardelle) and me (alcinos) to the
reviewers.
