OK. It was probably not clear from my previous mail, but I do agree that we 
should (very probably) use placeholders for width and height.

And, I also agree that we should give the render dialog some serious thoughts, 
to try to come up with something that is more easy to understand and use.

However, I do think it is for 0.7.1 :-)

I have acknowled http://www.kdenlive.org/mantis/view.php?id=284 and set it for 
0.7.1
