I am not asking for a redesign of export dialog. Just placeholders for
width and heigh.

Besides, we should have look at avidemux defaut parameters. This
indicates the best settings for Xvid, mpeg4 and h264 export. There are
very interesting settings like HQ_AC, h263 matrix, etc ... and very
clean h264 parameters.

Maybe we should ask ffmpeg mailing list or avidemux for help.
