[Kdenlive-devel] Reviewed es.po and change suggestion

Here is the newly reviewed es.po file.
I have found some chains that I think should be changed, to adapt them 
to the common used words. They are:
Create a new document -> Create a new file
Open an existing document -> Open an existing file
Save document -> Save file
