sf CVS has problems at the moment, so I won't commit the changes today. I am 
in a _major_ reorganization. The plugin loading was a quick thing, but making 
the core application _use_ the loaded plugins requires a lot of changes in 
many places. I mean I don't even know that I have SDL output stream anymore, 
I have to query all loaded output stream plugins if one provides something 
like "screen out" and then instantiate it... etc... I am not yet sure what I 
need and how to do it... Also the whole directory structure changes... 
Well, it's worth it, the structure get's much cleaner, and people can program, 
compile and distribute plugins independently... It would be horrible if you 
had to recompile piave everytime to use a new effect...
It will take at least a few days, probably much more till I commit something 
new...

You have to open the lib again and parse the ELF format I think... I won't put 
any more work into this, but if you find something, please let me know.
