[Kdenlive-devel] Merge <file> and <container> tags?

Hi,

Having another look at the XML for <capabilities>, I think the <container> tag 
and the <file> tag should be merged into one. I cannot think of any reason 
why these tags need to be seperated.

So how about :

<outstream name="libdv_outstream">
              <file extension=".dv" format="rawdv">
                    <codec type="video">
                        <libdv_encoder />
                    </videocodecs>
                    <codec type="audio">
                        <libdv_encoder />
                    </audiocodecs>
              </file>
</outstream>

What do you think?
