I'm not 100% sure about that. I'll try it out as it is in the upcomming 
release. If it's working for our purposes, I'd suggest to use it. I mean, it 
was warking before, if they didn't break too much it'll still work. We don't 
have to follow every new release, we jus grab one, put in our CVS and use 
this version. It doesn't, make sense to ask people who want to try out 
kdenlive to checkout/compile/install various libraries. 
 As soon as the API is stable, and it becomes reasonable to expect users to 
install a seperate lib (or they have it by default), we can upgrade the 
cutters to the lates libxml++ version. Does that make sense?
