[Kdenlive-devel] Kdenlive update - snap clip to clip

Hi,

I've just impemented and committed "snap clip to clip" to the Kdenlive 
timeline; this means that when positioning clips, it is easy to align them 
with one another.

The snap takes effect from quite a distance at the moment, to emphasize how it
 works.

Also, if somebody can think of a more easily understandable and descriptive 
term for this reature, then please let me know :-)
