Yes on irc we discussed the solution of creating a list for bugs that are not assigned to anyone in particular.
Either because they were reported to the very generic "kde" or because they are reported for a component/application
that doesn't have any maintainer at all at a given moment, for instance.
OK if I create a unassigned-bugs at kde.org mailing-list, and change the default owner of the
"kde/general" component to be that list?
Yes, many mailing-lists, but maybe we'll manage to finally handle all our bug reports one day :-)
