most definitely not. kdelibs is for core-devels who can take
responsibility directly. "kde" is as wishy-washy as it gets. i don't
feel like spending my time on it, that's simply inefficient allocation
of resources.

well, we can have a new unassigned-bugs at kde.org mailing list as initial
owner for "unsorted" stuff. but so far null at kde.org is just ... honest.
