nowhere. i changed it to null at kde.org again - the second time within two

no, that doesn't work. there are two cases:
- there *are* kde-wide problems. ok, these can be reduced to kdelibs
  usually, but a user cannot know this.
- the correct product is indeed indeterminable by the reporter for
  whatever reason. taking away "kde" will make them pick something more
  or less random.
