It was me who did this default assignment BTW. IMHO it's certainly better
this way than assigned to null at kde.org.

Not me, I've stopped doing that a long time ago and I don't feel like trying
it again. I'm however perfectly fine with watching bugreports just for
kdelibs and kde, so I think there should be a list for it. Although "kdelibs"
and "kde" are indeed different things, I'd expect both of them handled by
more or less the same people, which is why I did the assignment. If people
disagree, then I suggest a specific list for "kde".

If we do that, we end up with those bugreports on security at kde.org or kwin
product on b.k.o, or kdesktop (as you very well know :) ) or somewhere else.
So I think it's better if we have such place, where we can sort them out. For
example, this one was obviously just reported to a wrong b.k.o product and
it's better if it ends up here than in null at kde.org or some random product.
