"kde" bugs

Hmm. "kde" bugs are not kdelibs bugs, most of the time.
But I don't know where to assign them by default.
Is there anyone left who reads kde-bugs-dist? :)
Should we hide the kde/general area so that people stop reporting unsorted bugs?
Any other idea?
