Just a bit more info..  It seems the first pairing works fine after the computer 
has been turned on.  The first login is active almost straight away.  
If I logout without unpairing the phone and then log into another user id and 
then the new pairing takes a long time, i am guessing there is a timeout 
before the phone (or kdeconnectd) forgets the first pairing and allows the next 
one.
