Contributing

[Billy Brawner]

Thanks! I went ahead and created a KDE Identity, and I am really 
interested in the replying to notifications task. Not sure how difficult that 
would be though. I'm actually a web developer, learning C, but I want to 
apply what I've been working on learning and give back to the 
community. I'm up for a challenge, so if this is something you think I 
could do, I would love to get some more info on it.
