Thank you Mr Douncan & Mr Doug, what says douncan is almost I want, but i have looking for this option (put some sensibility to the panel something like the sensibility of Unity on Ubuntu desktop)I hope the KDE team pay attention to this option (very required as I could read on the KDE bug report).
