Open applications on the current screen

A user has a dual screen setup. Each screen has it's own Panel,
Taskbar (Smooth Tasks) and Application Launcher (Lancelot). Although
the Taskbar can be configured to only show tasks from the current
screen, applications launched from Application Launcher will open on
either screen. What must be configured to confine applications to only
open on the screen from with the Application Launcher was on?
