How can I force default monitor to show newly created windows?

Yeah, I've been thinking it's a bit flow-disruptive.  But I don't do much 
web stuff as lists/groups are more my thing.  But (as I've been thinking) 
making it a footnote would be appropriate and disrupt the flow of things 
rather less.  I've just to implement it.  Perhaps your gentle nudge in 
that direction is the stimulus I needed to do so...  Thanks.
