How can I force default monitor to show newly created windows?

I use kde 4.5.4 (ArchLinux current, xorg-server 1.9.2-2, ati-dri 7.9-1)

I have all checkboxes checked and Display1 as default. I change it to 
desktop with mouse cursor. Hope it is workaround.
