Upgrade to Qt 4.5

I have put qt 4.5 in testing and upgraded to it. I have not found any problems 
at all, nor any improvements in speed or memory, though I have not recompiled 
everything and I probably will not. I will wait for 4.2.2 before I push 
another upgrade of KDE to my mirrors.
