Upgrade to Qt 4.5

As Qt4.5 is binary (and source) compatible to older Qt4.x versions, no recompile
should be needed.

But I had problems with it on openSuse 11.0 as yast2/sofware management always
crashed after the upgrade to 4.5. I'm now back at 4.4 ...
