Kate tabbing on enter

I can get that behaviour in (translated from Hebrew UI) Settings ->
Editor Component -> Editing -> Indentation -> Indentation Action.
However, I cannot seem to get it to move to the left only after the
second enter, as KDE 3 did so helpfully.
