Kate tabbing on enter

I can get that behaviour in (translated from Hebrew UI) Settings ->
Editor Component -> Editing -> Indentation -> Indentation Action.

However, I cannot get the behaviour of KDE 3 in which the second enter
will move to the beginning of the line.
