Cleaning up old Bugzilla bugs

There are a lot of old bugs in Bugzilla that have acquired so many
comments that they are impossible to navigate. I would like to help
the devs by going through them, and summarizing the comments in a
comment at the bottom. But how to indicate that a bug has been
summarized?

My solution would be to append SICxx to the bug title, where SIC
stands for "Summary In Comment" and xx is the comment number which
holds the summary. Thus, devs who come across such bugs could know to
jump right to that comment, without wading through 70 comments, flame
wars, bickering, and nonsense.
