Why KDE4 is called KDE?

Well, one obvious difference is that our politicians are paid out of our 
taxes.  We are, in a sense, their employers.

I honestly don't mind that people don't agree with me, but I do mind that they 
can't just say so, once, then stop.  And I do mind that they think they have a 
right to tell other people what to do in their leisure time.
