How do you come to that conclusion? Most developers have full time jobs and
develop in their own time. As for the number that's necessary - what was said
is that that is the number that exists.
If it's as easy as you say, why do you think no-one is doing it?

After 100 or so posts in this thread, and nothing useful coming from it, you
can hardly complain that you have not had the chance to air your views.
