Tutorials or How-Tos for KDE4?

I'm trying to figure out how to resolve this. At Penguicon I talked to 
Richard and said I would like to help with documentation, and he said I 
should help with KDE4. But I cannot begin to figure out how to use it, 
so I cannot see how I can help to document anything.
