Keyboard control of system tray

How can a program that is docked in the system tray be brought to the
forefront? For instance, applications such as Ktorrent and Amarok can
run with icons in the system tray but no entry in the taskbar. As they
do not appear in the taskbar, Ctrl-Tab will not bring them forward.
How is this done, then?

Thanks in advance.

A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
