kdepimlibs build error - CMake Error: ERROR: Could not find KDE4 kde4-config

Hello Kevin,

first thanks for your help. Sincerely I followed the steps in the
Getting Started/Build/KDE4
(http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/KDE4), so I think that
the command cmakekde do all the tricks that you suggest.

However, I do a control, but I don't know what is the file that do all
the cmake's steps.
