Printer config - KDE Control Module

The owlfish link is what started my question. I don't seem to be able to do
the same thing with kde control centre or suse. There is an appendix in the
cups doc that mentions the technique but doesn't give much info at all. It's
in an appendix. Nothing so far on generating named queues either. I also
need 2 queues to the same printer. No info what so ever on that but I gained
the impression from the owlfish link that it's possible.
