Keep 0.4.0 still has the hourly backup bug

Hi,
I have had this problem ever since the beginning but never really bothered 
about it. http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php/Keep?content=32984 clearly 
mentions the hourly backup bug as fixed but i seem to still have it.

Do any of you face this issue too? Is there a better alternative to keep? I 
like keep mainly due to the incremental backup feature.
