Where is print manager?

Thanks, that did it. I will if I do.
But I just don't know why they have to keep changing these things around.
That menu should be a sub menu of Utilities > Printing instead of in yet
another separate place. Not very intuitive and how is a newbie supposed to
know he has to add a menu?
