panel masqued :)

Hi :)
i made a panel up with menu... I saw i could masque it...
but now i can't get it visible again ?
Another problem it's about configuration panel...
when i click to configurate it appear a white page...
Sorry for my poor english hope someone can understand
i build 3.5.2 with konstruct on mandriva2006
I used "meta" but can't compile "knights"...
I am investigating because few things don't work properly...
