GPG error with KMail, cannot decrypt emails...

I'm getting a similar issue. I'm not getting the dialogue either. lemme check 
the path for it....

Well, how interesting.... it's pointing to /usr/local/bin... Thanks for the 
pointer. I'll get the packages for PhoeNUX OS changed to correct this :)
