Xinerama support under KDE 3.4.1 on Gentoo

[Boky Gmail]

Some stuff was still not compiled with Xinerama. Don't know how and
why, but it was.

Anyways,

emerge --sync
emerge -v --update --deep --newuse world

did the trick.
