Where and what do I need to configure so that apps like konqueror and kmail use 002 umask settings?

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for this.
Yes this did help and it's now working for konqueror and konsole.
However, it's not working for kmail and mozilla firefox. :-(
Any ideas how to get it to work for those apps as well?
Regards
Rishi
