Preview, position in video file

KDE Users,

I'm using KDE 3.2.3 and had a question about file preview of video files.
All of my video files have preview pics taken from 3-4 seconds into the
video file. This is essentially useless (most previews are black). I was
wondering how to configure the time offset for previews and/or how to set
the preview pic manually.
