how to create an iso file in k3b?

i  want to copy a dvd and just make a iso image intead burning it to another 
dvd

So in k3b i slect the option "Only create image" but it wasnt created an iso 
file, but was created a *.img file.

So how can i do to create a iso image in k3b?
