k3b won't write CDs

I've also seen that Larry, but the 0.11.14 version apparently only has 
that option showing in the help menu, and nothing seems to be 
attached to it, no result, no error reported.  But, OTOH, this is a 
kde-3.3.0 install via konstruct, and I've not had 99% of the problems 
I see reported here, it Just Works(tm).
