URLs always open cached?

Whenever I click a URL in a KDE application (Kopete, KMail, etc.) it always 
opens cached. That is, KDE downloads the link and opens it as something like:

   http:///var/tmp/kdecache-crobinson/krun/18348.0.frameset.html

This is extremely annoying and it breaks the functionality of almost all 
pages. How can I get KDE applications to simply pass the URL on as-is, without 
trying to cache it first?

I'm running off CVS for both Qt and KDE as of, oh, about 10-12 days ago. I'd 
pass along other configuration information but I wasn't sure what would matter.
