URLs always open cached?

Looks like the command associated with text/html does not inlcude the %u
parameter, telling KDE that the application can handle URLs.
The command for Konqueror is usually
kfmclient openProfile webbrowsing %U
If you are using Konqueror, you can remove a local entry for text/html from
.kde/share/mimelnk, then KDE will use the global one which hopefully contains
the correct command :)
