Window cycling with alt-tab doesn't work

Try Control Center->Regional and Accessibility->Keyboard Shortcuts

- ->Shortcut Schemes->Current Scheme->Global Shortcuts

- ->System->Navigation->Walk Through Windows. Mine is set to Alt-Tab.
