Window cycling with alt-tab doesn't work

Hi guys,

I'm using Debian, and kde 3.2.

When I first logged in, I accidentally hit random keys when the welcome-to-your-first-kde-use program fired up.  

Now, perhaps because of that, alt-tab doesn't make me cycle through windows.

However, alt-shift-tab DOES work for *backwards* cycling, as it should.

I can't find where in KDE's control center I can fix this kind of thing. Any suggestions?  Or, worst case scenario, is there a way I can re-run that welcome-to-your-first-kde-use program?
