KDE 3.2.0: cannot prevent artsd from starting

That caused knotify to crash with a SEGV on the next restart and a 
requester appeared asking if I wanted to disable aRtS output which I 
confirmed.

Interestingly I could then make artsd executable again and it would not 
start anymore on KDE launch :)
