Special character composition

Hi !
After asleep, I've managed to configure, using the KDE keyboard manager, 
§I've never heard about.
Of course, finding it in my French speaking kde took a few seconds ;-)
It seems to be useable, if not a panacea. So I'll keep you informed when 
I complete my testings and findings.
I was surprised to find that my Logitec Internet navigation keyboard 
listed !
