problems ftp mirrors

Hi, 

I am completely unable to install either 3.1.4, or 3.2-alpha because of ftp 
mirror problems.

I'm using konstruct and when I do:
cd meta/kde; make

I get errors like:
Connecting to ftp.lip6.fr[195.83.118.1]:21... connected.
Logging in as anonymous ... Logged in!
==> SYST ... done.    ==> PWD ... done.
==> TYPE I ... done.  ==> CWD /pub/X11/kde/unstable/3.1.92/src ...
No such directory `pub/X11/kde/unstable/3.1.92/src'.

[http//download.kde.org/unstable/3.1.92/src/kdelibs-3.1.92.tar.bz2] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory 
`/usr/local/konstruct-unstable/konstruct/kde/kdelibs'

GAR! ***



Is there any way I can stop download.kde.org directing me to this mirror? It 
seems broken.
